In order to obtain a visa letter to assist with your visa application so that you can attend IEEE DySpan 2018, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have a paper accepted onto the DySpan 2018 Program
- Have registered and paid in full for DySpan 2018
During the registration process, you will be able to request the visa letter. If you are an author/co-author of an accepted paper or if you are a paid registrant who forgot to request a visa letter, please visit the ComSoc Visa Letter Request site. and submit your request.
