Camera Ready Final Paper Submission

Please read the instructions carefully.

[1] As per the IEEE requirements, at least one author of your paper must be registered for the full conference program. The information on the complete conference program and which session your paper will be part of will be made available shortly. Please note that final paper submission must be accompanied by a valid paid registration code to complete the final submission process.

One AUTHOR REGISTRATION allows the author to upload up to three (3) papers on which he/she is an author or co-author. The registration confirmation code will allow you to upload your final paper to the submission site. Sharing of the code is strictly prohibited.

[2] The final camera ready manuscript of your paper should account for all the critical reviewer feedback, and must be uploaded to EDAS, where your paper was originally submitted. Authors can submit their copyright release via the IEEE electronic copyright function (eCF) through EDAS.

The maximum page limits for full, short, and demo papers are 10, 5, and 2 pages, respectively, including references and appendices.

The accepted paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the conference for a substitute presenter, who is qualified both to present and answer questions.

[3] You must complete the conference registration following the instructions on the IEEE DySPAN 2018 registration page. No paper will be permitted to move to final approval until registration is completed. The registration code will be required to complete the paper approval process.
