Travel Information:

Seoul is the capital and largest metropolis of South Korea. Seoul forms the heart of the Seoul Capital Area, and includes the surrounding Incheon metropolis and Gyeonggi province, altogether home to roughly half of the population of South Korea.

The October weather in Seoul is absolutely fantastic. The average high temperature is 19.8 C (67.6 F), and the average low is 10.3 C (50.5 F). The East Asian monsoon season might be over by October, but there is always the threat of rain, and the weather at night can be very chilly, so please be sure to pack a jacket and an umbrella.
